Unfortunately, many of those companies are not run with the best of intentions. I know because I’ve called those numbers before myself too.

…They don’t return your calls.

…They try and lowball you hoping you’ll essentially ‘give the house away’ to them.

…They tie up your home in a contract but end up terminating the contract because they couldn’t find an investor to by it from them.

We’ve seen it all.

Our mission is for you to be 100% satisfied. 100% stress-free. 100% happy to work with us and would recommend it to your best friend.

We treat every home as if we will live there. Meaning, we make less money on every house we buy because we’re putting in as much brand-new fixtures and appliances as we can.

Our mission is for every house we touch to make more money for everyone else in the neighborhood more than ourselves.

Our mission is to give back to the community.

We have three young children. Children causes are near and dear to us. We donate every month to Churches and nonprofits, especially ones that help needy and abused children.

In the future, we hope to build a center for needy and abused children.

That’s our long-term goal.

1. If you know someone who needs to sell their house quickly, you can earn $2,000 if we close on the property. We also give $1,000 to the seller to help them move.
2. Or, if you wish to sell, you can earn $3,000 in packing and moving expenses.
