MEET Joe & Sam
We are Joe and Sam Cassandra. Yes, we are married. Yes, we have three children: Chloe, Theo and Lily.
Joe grew up in Cumming, GA. Sam hails from Tyler, TX. We met in college in Charlotte, NC during drama class. After graduating, we got married and started careers in marketing and accounting.
We lived in Texas for a few years. It was there we discovered the power of real estate to not only home values, but how it affects families.
There we successfully grew the home values in our neighborhood by $20,000+ thanks to what we did with our home. That event opened our eyes to how much wealth we can create for families. At the same time, we realized many families need to sell their homes quickly to get the cash to better their life.
When we moved to Woodstock, GA, we fell in love with the area (Cherokee and Cobb). That’s when we started Rocking Porch Homes to help contribute to the growth our area is seeing.
Joe’s Favorite Food: Pizza…but if I could eat Oreo’s everyday, I would.
Sam’s Favorite Food: Cheese. Anything dairy. Oh, and bagels.
Joe’s Talents: I won a tap dance competition in college. Can also play a few instruments.
Sam’s Talents: I can speed read. I also make what some say is “the best french toast in the world.”
Joe’s Favorite Movie: The Sandlot, for sure.
Sam’s Favorite Movie: She’s the Man. Seen it over 100 times 🙂
